Contact your operator by phone

If you want to know how many SIMs are in your name, you can contact your operator by phone using the designated number to offer customer assistance. In the following paragraphs, in addition to providing you with the numbers to call, I will also indicate the number combination to use to speak with a consultant "in the flesh".

TIM

To contact TIM by phone, call the number 119 and, after having listened to the introductory message of the guide voice, presses on the number 4 to receive assistance and ask to access administrative and commercial assistance services by pressing the number 2; then press the number 6 to speak to an operator. Since the numerical combination that I have just indicated is subject to frequent variations, I suggest you always follow the instructions of the guide voice to avoid problems of any kind.

As soon as you are put in contact with a TIM customer care operator, explicitly ask him to indicate the SIM cards that are in your name and provide him with all the data he will request to enable him to identify you as the holder of the various cards.

If you want more information on how to talk to a TIM operator, do not hesitate to consult the tutorial in which I explain in depth how to do this. I'm sure you will find this reading very useful too.

Vodafone

To contact Vodafone by phone, call the 190 and, after having listened to the welcome message of the guide voice, press the button 1 to request assistance on mobile telephony and then press the button 4 to ask for assistance from a consultant. Given that the numerical combination just indicated could be changed at any time by Vodafone, I suggest that you strictly follow the instructions of the voice guide so as not to have problems of any kind.

As soon as you are put in contact with a Vodafone consultant, ask him to indicate how many SIMs are registered in your name and collaborate with the latter by providing him with all the required data.

Of course, if you want more details on how to talk to a Vodafone operator, do not hesitate to read the article in which I explain how to do this: there you will find useful information even for calling the “red operator” from a non-Vodafone mobile.

wind

To contact wind by phone, call the number 155 and presses the button 2. Then, to receive assistance on the number you are calling from, stay on hold: you will be put in contact with the first available operator. Since Wind could change the numerical combination at any time, carefully follow the instructions of the voice guide to avoid problems.

As soon as you are able to speak to a Wind operator, ask him explicitly how many SIMs are in your name and provide him with all the data he will require to complete the operation (personal data, tax code, etc.).

If you want to have some more details on how to talk to a Wind operator, read the tutorial I dedicated to the subject: you will find it very useful.

Three

To contact by phone Threeinstead, call the number 133 and follow the instructions of the voice guide to get in touch with the first available consultant. At the time of this writing, the sequence to use to contact an operator Three is as follows: 2-2-9. Since Three could change the numbering I have just indicated at any moment, I advise you to comply with the indications of the guiding voice.

As soon as you have the opportunity to speak with a Tre operator "in flesh and blood", ask him to indicate how many SIM cards are in your name and carefully follow the instructions he will give you providing him with the various data concerning you.

Another way to know how many SIM cards a person has in the name - in this case you - is to go directly to your operator's point of sale and ask for assistance from one of the consultants who work there. Not sure where the closest store to you is located? If so, follow the instructions listed below to find the one that is located near you.

  • To find the point of sale TIM closest to you, click here and, in the form you see on the screen, indicate in the appropriate fields the province, your name common, POSTAL CODE, etc. and click the blue button Search. On the map, you will be shown the TIM stores closest to you, marked with a blue placeholder (TIM shop) or from a red placeholder (TIM authorized shop).
  • To locate the point of sale Vodafone closest to you, click here, type in the field Enter address your address and click on the icon magnifying glass to start the search. The map will show you the Vodafone points of sale closest to you.
  • To check where the store is located wind closest to you, click here, type in the field Search the name of your city and click on the symbol of magnifying glass to start the search. On the map, you will be shown the Wind stores closest to you marked with a orange placeholder (Wind shops) or from a black placeholder (Wind resellers).
  • To find the point of sale Three closer to you, instead, click here, fill in the form that is shown to you by indicating the name of yours in the appropriate field common and click the black button Search. On the map, you will see the Three stores closest to you, easily recognizable by the branded placeholder 3.

After identifying the store closest to you, physically go inside it, ask one of the consultants who work there to provide you with information about the SIM cards in your name and show the identity documents that will be requested (identity card, fiscal Code and so on).
